How do I donate gear? 
You can donate excellent quality baby gear in person between 9am and 10am at Storage King Grey Lynn (300 Richmond Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland). You can also post donations to us as – please contact us for address details.
What items can I donate?
We accept high quality pre-loved baby clothes up to size 1, as well as a range of other baby and maternity items. For a full list of everything we collect, see our “Donate” page.
What can I do if I can’t make the drop off time? 
You can post items to us. Please contact us for our address.
I need gear for my baby, what can I do? 
Please talk to your midwife/health provider or other community support organisation. They can contact us on your behalf about accessing our services.
I am a health care provider – how can I get gear for a client? 
Please contact us with your contact information, position and information about who needs gear and why, and we will assess your request. Please note we have to ensure that all existing partners first receive adequate gear and we cannot guarantee certain items as we can only re-home what we are donated.
How can I help?

Where does my gear end up and how is it distributed?
We send all donations directly to our partner organisations. Their frontline staff assess who will benefit most from all the items and pass them immediately on to families in need. This ensures that your precious items are received by the little ones who need them most.
Can I make a cash donation?

What about safety standards?
We work hard to ensure that all items are checked and are found to be of high quality before we pass them on.
We check every item to make sure it meets agreed standards that we have outlined in our collection policy document. We recognise the need to comply with NZ Product Safety Standards for cots, toys and nightwear in accordance with the Fair Trading Act.
